There are many different types of insurance claims that we can handle for you without you having to call yourself and deal with multiple parties. We can handle it all for you as a one-stop shop! We can initiate and process most ICBC glass claims without you having to contact ICBC directly right at our shop. All we need is your vehicle and insurance papers and one of our trained Glass Express experts will begin the process.

If your optional comprehensive coverage is with a private insurer like Coast Capital or BCAA, we can initiate your claim as well in our shop. Come and see us with your insurance papers and vehicle and we will take care of the rest.

What Does The Warranty Cover?
Lifetime warranty on Workmanship
If for any reason your auto glass was not installed properly and if you notice any problems Expert Auto Glass will re-install the auto glass at no additional cost for the duration of your vehicles life.
Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects
Expert Auto Glass only uses high quality Original Manufacturers Auto Glass and although this decreases the probability of any defects, if at any time during the life of your vehicle you notice any manufacturer defects on the auto glass which Expert Auto Glass installed, we will replace the defected auto glass.
Lifetime warranty against any leaks
If you notice any water leaking through the auto glass that Expert Auto Glass installed, we will fix it at no additional cost during the life of your vehicle.
